Colonies are seasonal and develop gradually over several weeks until future queens emerge, who prelude to the end of their natural cycle.<br>Due to their high efficiency as foragers, bumblebees are commonly used to pollinate important crops such as tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, strawberries, melons, and fruit crops such as pears, kiwis, cherries, raspberries, etc. For all of them use leads to higher and regular production and quality of fruit.<br>They come in easy-to-use hives specially prepared for use in orchards (Bombox fruit) or greenhouses (Bombox).<br>Hives with the bumblebee family <em>Bombus terrestris<\/em>, standard size (pollination area up to 2500 m2).
